Terms of service

Quotes
Website prices are typical ranges, not offers. Your written quote is the price we agree to.
Warranty
Repairs carry a one-year parts and labor warranty. New systems carry the manufacturer warranty plus our two-year labor warranty.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished unless your written agreement says otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date on your signed quote decides which terms apply to your job.
